5.4 International Transfers
Your data is processed on AWS servers in the United States (us-west-2 region). For transfers from the EU/EEA, we rely on:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission (Decision 2021/914)
- EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification where applicable
- Supplementary technical measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
5.5 Data Processing Agreements
We maintain Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with all sub-processors that handle personal data on our behalf, including AWS, Stripe, OpenAI, Google, and ElevenLabs.
6. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
